As a Fellow with the Media Institute for Social Change, I independently designed and executed an investigative journalism project and produced a podcast series for the nonprofit One Economy. My project was featured on the local NPR station, Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB).
After interviewing city council members and community leaders, I produced a series of podcasts documenting the challenges faced by African immigrants/refugees when integrating into their local community.
