Facebook & Digital Ads: UX and Copywriting

Background
The audience we were targeting in these Facebook ads was parents of children with rare diseases, some of whom may be undiagnosed. The goal was to drive this audience to our educational websites where they could learn more about their child’s condition, and therefore take an active role in managing their child’s care by actively partnering with their healthcare team.

These Facebook ads were part of a comprehensive digital campaign including SEM ads, banner ads, and monthly emails.
